Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architectural Engineer to design and oversee the construction of safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing buildings. The candidate will integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects into building designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and engineering plans and models.
• Analyze building codes, by-laws, and regulations for project compliance.
• Use 2D/3D design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) to create detailed blueprints.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Inspect on-site progress and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Strong design and engineering skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software.
• Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and green building practices.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Engineering license or certification preferred.
